About the Role The role involves providing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and decision support to the U.S.

Commercial Marketing and R&D organizations.

Responsibilities include managing expense budgeting processes, forecasting monthly expenses, and consolidating Marketing and R&D budgets and actuals for presentations.

Additionally, it entails tracking committed savings, providing integrated financial planning support, developing business plan models for R&D, and preparing management reporting packages and presentations.

The role also involves maintaining financial models, providing risk assessments, preparing ad hoc reports, assisting in special projects, and delivering regular updates to senior management.

Overall, the role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to support strategic decision-making across Sales, Gross Margin, Marketing, and R&D functions.

Roles and responsibilities * Deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis, and business decision support in terms of Sales and Gross Margin as well to the U.S.

Commercial Marketing and R&D organizations * Manage Business Units expense budgeting process and forecast monthly expenses for Beauty spending for cost center expenses, Consumer Motivation Spend and Advertising * Consolidate overall Marketing Budget, Forecast and Actuals and prepare related presentations * Consolidate overall R&D Budget, Forecast and Actuals and prepare related presentations * Track of committed savings in Profit Plan.

Communication of any trend different than expected in savings initiatives with the respective actions expected * Provide overall integrated financial planning and analytical support to the U.S.

Marketing & R&D groups * Develop and maintain the Business Plan model for R&D for New Product Development process * Develop yearly Budget and Forecasts and track actuals for Sales and Gross Margin * Prepare monthly Management Reporting package as it related to Sales and Gross Margin including all related KPIs and commentary * Prepare and present monthly Gross Margin Management Board * Prepare weekly trend updated for Senior Management * Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making * Provide risk assessments and recommendations as requested * Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, as requested * Assist in Special Projects Qualifications * College degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred), MBA preferred (concluded or in progress) * 3-5 years working experience in Finance related area in consumer goods organization, preferred * Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills required * Ability to work effectively with Business Units and with high levels of responsibility and accountability * Experience working with accrual and prepaid expenses * Strong customer service acumen and results oriented * Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks * Effective presentation skills * Excellent PC skills, advanced Excel required * Knowledge of Cognos Powerplay, E-1 and Hyperion 9 preferred * Teamwork: thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment * Bilingual in Korean Our Benefits * Eligible for benefits as of date of hire (health, dental, vision, life and other voluntary programs) * You are immediately vested in LG H&H's matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan.
