Metal Forming Specialist

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machining equipment.

Perform set-up various machining equipment such as lathe, milling, drill, etc.

Receive and perform job instructions from his supervisor on priority task based on Job Order received daily.

Produce precision machine parts based on drawing or requirement.

Assist in mechanical installation as needed.

Inform his superior of any problem encountered or observed in the area that may require immediate attention

Coordinate with other personnel who are directly or indirectly concerned with the assigned task.

Initiate improvement in the work area.

Abide to company rules and regulations.

Adhere to safety regulations inside the company premises.

Support company programs such as 5S, LEAN, etc.

Perform task may be assigned by his superior.

REQUIRED COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE:

Ability to adapt in industrial set-up

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year experience related fabrication and welding work

Graduate of machining course from reputable technical school

Knowledgeable in reading mechanical drawings and concepts

Knowledgeable in using precision tools and equipment

Knowledgeable in safe usage of different welding equipment.
