Job Summary
Establish health plans and programs in accorandance to OSH program standard
Updates and monitor sickness / accident record
Conduct seminars, learning sessions to promote healthy living / lifestyle.
Provide assistance to government agencies during safety and health inspections
Ensure the treatment and lactation room facilities and equipment are well maintained
Manage inventories of medicines and medical supplies. Request for replenishment of medicines.
Monitor medical card, insurance card and Annual Physical exam
Monitor pre employment and employment health checks
Submit reportorial requirements to DOLE and to other government agencies
Filing and monitoring and reporting of SSS sickness, maternity, EC
Acts as backup for certain duties of HR
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the department head.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
with 2-3 years experience as Company Nurse
preferably OHNAP certificate
