Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course.
Must have at least three years’ experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll and benefits.
Knowledgeable in handling end-to-end payroll processing, mandatory benefits, and monthly remittances.
Responsible for calculating employees’ compensation, updating payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments.
Create and maintain employees’ payroll records while adhering to policies and procedures relevant to the law.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Will be assigned in Pasig City.
