Key Responsibilities :- The role holder will be responsible for serving as HR Business Partner and Consultant for the Zonal Leadership of the domestic Agri Inputs Business.

Must Have:-

1) Post Graduate Degree in HR, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the HR, handling HR initiatives for 100+ people sales organization and 300+ contractual employees

2) Minimum 3 plus years' experience working as HRBP for a BU or a Commercial unit OR a Zone.

3) Experience of handling HR for a Field sales force is necessary, with experience in managing tier III or rural sales team.

4) Well versed with all compliances and ER/IR policies for effective management of contractual workforce
