Engineering Program Manager Industrial IOT

What will you do:

You will be working as an Engineering Program Manager in the Catalyst Engineering India PMO team, supporting the Industrial IOT (IIOT) Engineering organization where you will be responsible to ensure that software and hardware products are delivered against agreed timelines. IIOT has a varied set of programs and product releases and need experienced program managers to lead and drive the execution and deliver high quality product releases to customers using Ciscos well defined product development and release cycle.

Who you will work with:

You will be expected to work across multiple stakeholders across IIOT and other engineering groups as required. Your ability to resolve conflicts, ability to influence senior leadership, and to ensure that the objectives are met will be critical.

Required Qualification:

Overall, 11-14 Years of Experience with at least 5 years in program management delivering software and hardware products.

Good understanding of networking concepts and software and hardware development lifecycle and exposure to Engineering and Industrial IOT

Exposure to the Cisco portfolio a plus

Proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.

Proven ability to manage different teams and providing effective leadership, to influence without authority and to manage conflict.

Ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good understanding of tools such as JIRA and Confluence and metric based management

Formal training in project management practices preferred.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.

Ability to influence at all levels of the organization including senior executives.
