Position: Site Human Resource Manager

Locations : Jamnagar & Panipat

Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resource Or Personnel Management

Experience: 7-12 yrs

Package: 10 to 20 LPA

As Site Human Resources Manager you will responsible for managing and overseeing the HR, Personnel & Administration departments of a site with 200 staff & 500+ labour

The Key Deliverables For The Role Are

Leading HR & IR activities at site.

Responsible for preparation and adherence to the project site HR/administration budget.

Responsible for designing meaningful job and career path for the project employees.

Training for all employees at site starting from identification of training need and adherence to training need compliance index.

Responsible for designing and deploying policy driven and productivity oriented administration system.

Responsible for other miscellaneous employee services.

Managing Statutory Compliances under various Acts

Liasoning with various Government authorities like Labour Commissioner's office, Factory Inspector's Office & local bodies

Managing contract labour & various compliances under the Contract Labour Act at the plant

Supporting HR activities like Performance Management, Training, Great Place to Work initiatives at the plant

Talent planning, talent sourcing and engagement. Exposure to culture building exercise will be additional advantage.

Desired Profile

Ideal candidate should be MBA in HR or MPM with a reputed institute & should have experience of 7-12 years & should have handled project HR matters at a construction site of either in cross country pipeline, refinery projects or similar infrastructure projects. Candidate should have :

Innovative ways towards maintaining industrial relations harmony

Experience in process of negotiation and award of contracts for facility management, management of contractors, monitoring costs vis-Ã -vis budget and developing system of reporting data.

Capability of networking and effective coordination with external agencies like Contractors, Service Providers, Local Authorities etc.

Experience of handling office administration matters like canteen, transport, ticketing, security, documentation and other employee services.
