Job purpose:

Responsible for the examination of the business functions within the organization to ascertain the probable areas of fraud and revenue assurance. Also, responsible for analysing the investigation findings that will assist in avoiding any future possible fraudulent issues.

Responsibilities:

Monitor UWallet accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities

Perform UWallet regular control check-ups on segregation of duties related to authorization, custody of assets, and recording/ reporting of transactions

Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve any potential UWallet significant fraud

Investigate UWallet system misuse, response capabilities, and maintain system logs for an adequate period to perform investigations

Perform product review to identify any vulnerabilities (data analysis and data extraction)

Establish a process to detect, investigate, and resolve potentially significant fraud/revenue leakage

Investigate and report fraud/revenue leakage cases related to commercial manual operations

Request periodic reports of any fraud or unethical conduct (if needed), perform fraud investigations, and submit reports to the concerned parties

Automate, update, and enhance the fraud management and revenue assurance processes in addition to implementing preventive measures to avoid any future possible fraudulent issues

Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role's scope of work including field visits during marketing on field campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Information System (CIS), Industrial Engineering, or any other related field.

Work Experience:

2 to 5 years in a relate field.

Certificates:

Fraud Management Essentials Certification (TM Forum, CFCA)

Revenue Assurance Essentials Certification

Business Analysis Certification

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of:

Excellent knowledge of UWallet, PSP and payment gateways industry

Excellent knowledge of risk management, risk measurement, and risk assessment techniques

Good knowledge of finance assessment and strategy, financial analysis and evaluation

Good knowledge of accounting standards and accounting regulations

Skills In:

Excellent technical reporting skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing

Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office)
