Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. (1.) Security policy analysis and fine tuning, participate in cyber security review calls on change requests and recommendation on policy changes. (2.) Investigate security incidents, Help L3 team in RCA, and working with teams for all the ongoing issues. (3.) Implement changes, Monitors security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (4.) Knowledge TransferorTrainings Create configuration documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) Understand the security environment and respective product, Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools
