Extensive hands on writing playbooks

Integrate ansible with ITSM systems like snow.

Hands on with bash or PowerShell or python

Highly organized will need to maintain a reasonably sized library of playbooks, software, and settings

Playbook configurations are kept up-to-date

Systems are compliant per their respective playbook

To analyze the assigned PSorCI (production supportorcontinuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions (2.) To design and develop the module based on client specifications. (3.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the technical requirements. (4.) To participate in team meetings. (5.) To test the created technical modules and deploy them in client environment for successful go-live.
