Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agency Manager at Trip Citi in Pune. The Travel Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including managing guided tours, leading a team, and driving sales and sales management. The manager will work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Qualifications

Experience in the travel agency industry, including knowledge of travel agency operations and services

Proven experience in managing guided tours and providing excellent customer service

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Strong sales and sales management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budgetary limitations to offer tailored travel options and itineraries.

Research and provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.

Recommend suitable travel packages, tours, and activities based on clients' interests, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.

Assist clients in making travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.

Utilize computerized reservation systems and online booking platforms to check availability, compare prices, and secure bookings
