As a UX/UI Specialist, you play a crucial role in shaping project concepts and consistently delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions. Your responsibilities span from connecting business requirements to user experience-driven design, all the way to creating exceptional user interfaces. From the early discovery phase to the development stage, you collaborate with experience researchers, translating ideas into tangible designs through sketches, wireframes, and Information Architecture maps. Your professional expertise and creativity drive outstanding design outcomes.

What will your job look like

Key Responsibilities :

. Understanding and Translating Goals: The ability to understand strategic organisation goals, business needs, and user expectations and translate them into engaging user experiences.

. Creating UX/UI Solutions: Developing solutions that take into account content, navigation, human-machine interaction, and other constraints while maintaining a holistic view of the project.

. Developing GUI Visuals: Designing visually appealing and branded graphical user interface elements that facilitate an engaging and useful interactive experience.

. Defining Design Vision and Standards: Creating the application's visual language, standards, and style guides to ensure consistency and alignment with branding and marketing objectives.

. Creating Documentation and Style Guides: Creating detailed documentation, style guides, and asset resources for both the design and programming teams to use.

. Leading Design Process: Facilitating design sessions with stakeholders, advocating for user interests, and guiding the design process from concept to execution.

. Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholder, designers, and development teams, as well as mentoring team members.

. Ensuring Quality Execution: Providing estimations for creative work, ensuring high-quality execution of deliverables, and signing off on final designs.

For UX:

. Functional Analysis and Design: Conducting analysis and designing specific application behaviours, including business flows, screen layouts, and data models.

. Wireframing and Application Flows: Creating wireframes and application flows, iterating based on stakeholder feedback, and obtaining final approval.

. Usability Testing: Employing various usability tools such as heuristic reviews, metrics, and usability testing to ensure optimal user experiences

For UI:

. Visual Language and Standards: Defining the visual language and standards for the application's GUI elements.

. Creative GUI Development: Creating visually appealing and innovative GUI visuals that align with branding and enhance user interaction

All you need is...

Critical Experiences :

. 6+ years of experience designing/developing/consulting user interfaces for various channels (e.g., mobile, web, desktop) covering the entire user-centric design lifecycle.

. Good to have a knowledge on technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React/jQuery etc

Credentials :

Bachelor and/or master's degree in a relevant field of study (i.e., Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related area.)

Domain knowledge obtained through an academic background, certified usability training and/or equivalent sources

Familiarity with prototyping and usability tools (Proto.io, Balsamiq, Marvel) - advantage.
