Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Franchise Sales Executive. The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring prospective franchisees for our learning centers in Bengaluru. The key responsibilities include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contract terms, and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees. The Franchise Sales Executive will also collaborate with other teams to develop marketing strategies and support franchisees in achieving growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in franchise sales or business development
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Detail-oriented and organized
Self-motivated and results-driven
Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
