Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of IT sales processes. The role will primarily involve driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques, with a focus on field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management to track progress and make informed decisions.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and customer service to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT sales.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
