Role & Responsibilities Overview

Developing and supporting the implementation of MDM strategies, policies and procedures

Managing and governing master data across the organization to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity

Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish data standards and ensure adherence to data policies

Utilize your expertise in Informatica MDM (Profiling and Mastering) and MDM Hub Configuration to configure and customize the MDM solution.

Work with Informatica MDM hub components (or alternatively related components in Infosphere) such as landing tables, base objects, staging tables, lookup tables, relationships, mappings, cleanse function, trust and matching rules, hierarchy management, and E360 (provisioning)

Work closerly with IT teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications

Create, enhance, and manage data models to meet business requirements.

Participating in data governance-related meetings and working groups

Conducting data quality assessments and implementing data quality improvements

Reviewing and updating data dictionaries and data lineage documentation

Develop policies and processes for all data management related aspects – data collection, storage, access, sharing, usage, quality, archival, privacy, security, technology, tools, modeling, visualization

Candidate Profile

4+ years experience in developing and implementing policies, processes related to Master data management; Preferred to have any certifications such as Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

Excellent communication skills with experience in handling finance/investment data

Proven experience working with Informatica MDM hub components and configuring MDM solutions or other solution like Infosphere

Strong understanding of MDM best practices and industry standards in the finance domain.

Proficiency in creating, enhancing, and managing data models.

Hands-on experience with Informatica/Infosphere and MDM SaaS, including handling critical production data issues, hot fixes, and patches.

Hands-on experience with Informatica/Infosphere, including handling critical production data issues, hot fixes, and patches.

Familiarity with data quality tools/modules like Informatica Data Quality, IDD, and E360 UI.

B.S. Degree in a data-centric field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or other science field), Information Systems, Information Processing or engineering.

Exposure to data governance tools – Informatica, Alation, Colibra, Azure devops, Git etc is preferred

Ability to work independently with some level of ambiguity and juggle multiple demands
