At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction

As a Barclays Customer Service Representative in our Care Department, you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service and creating exceptional experiences by actively listening and establishing rapport with our customers. Customers are at the forefront of everything we do and ensuring customers' concerns are addressed is vital to the success of Barclays. We're driving change to be the digital leader in the market, which means our customer service teams are more important than ever

What will you be doing

Handling customer queries effectively and efficiently

Understanding and analyzing customer needs

Listening actively and establishing rapport with our customers

Servicing Customer's requirement through effective questioning and leveraging the tools and processes to service their need / requirement

Adhering to compliance regulations and security policies

What We're Looking For

Should have 2-3 years of work experience in hospitality industry, preferably contact centre operations in customer service

Effective communication, including Comprehension & questioning skills,

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.

MS Office Applications

Ability to comprehend given set of instructions and apply the same for day to day transaction processing

Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment with variable shift patterns

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline

Excellent oral & Written communications skills

Focus on the customer and a positive, professional attitude

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

Excellent track record during past work experience

Last - year PD rating of Strong or above

Should not be on active CAP/DAP
