Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Kochi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer satisfaction and effective communication with customers. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Strong customer satisfaction skills

Excellent communication skills

Customer service experience

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in the education industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
