Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with career opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and aspirations. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent within the healthcare industry.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals.

Screen candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including skill requirements, shift preferences, and organizational culture.

Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages to secure placements that meet the needs of both candidates and clients.

Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and licensure requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.

Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
