Title: Pre-Sales Administrator
Reports to: General Manager
Location: DMG MORI USA- Seattle (Tukwila, WA)
Hours: Monday through Friday, Full Time, Core Business Hours
Classification: Non-Exempt
Travel: 5%
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 (variance in base salary offer will depend on experience level/skill set)
Employment is conditioned on DMG MORI's ability to obtain and maintain any necessary export licensing.

This position will provide administrative support to the DMG MORI Sales Team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Quotation Generation
Accessory quoting and post sales management
Telemarketing and business development
Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking
Order processing
Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting
Database development (OMS/CRM)
Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer: files, sales orders, invoices
Provide administrative support to Sales staff
Customer advocacy
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or certifications
2+ years related experience
Previous experience with CRM tools is preferable, but not required
Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred
Average to expert use of Microsoft Excel
Advanced interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Business travel. Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
