Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service And Delivery Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing timely and reliable delivery of products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:

Learn all facets of customer service to include taking orders, creating invoices when necessary, pick, pull, load orders as well as delivery.

Learn and know our products and services inside and out.

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, questions and concerns

Document and update customer opportunities and records based on interactions and report

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients. Some knowledge and interest in espresso and coffee is a PLUS.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent driving record and physical skills (must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly. Company Description

Silver Service has shared a strategic alliance with Illy Caffe imports their coffee products. Silver Service also sells and distributes several tea products, as well as syrups, sauces, fruit smoothies, frappe powders and the like, to a variety of business entities including hotels, restaurants, cafes, espresso drive thru concepts and coffee shops primarily within the Colorado Front Range but also throughout the United States.
