Prominent general practice law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Center City Philadelphia Office.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling litigation matters. Candidate must be admitted to practice in PA and NJ. Ideal candidate should possess insurance defense experience, the ability to independently handle matters, excellent analytical and writing abilities, and strong communication skills.

The role will entail both commercial litigation and insurance defense. The insurance defense is focused on the defense of real estate professionals, like architects and engineers and brokers. The insurance defense is “commercial litigation.” Cases will be both insurance defense, and companies/individuals not covered by insurance. .
