Job Description

At Mindful Staffing Solutions, we bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in the construction, medical, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. Our mission is to leverage the current workforce shortage and skills gap to pioneer a free college model, where the proceeds from our staffing services fully subsidize the operational costs of our technical training programs. We're dedicated to creating sustainable career paths while addressing urgent staffing needs.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into new medical staffing placement accounts with a focus on Certified Nursing Assistant positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales or business development, with a proven track record in the medical or healthcare sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to driving business growth through new account acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors to expand our staffing solutions footprint.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in medical facilities, hospitals, and clinics.

Understand and anticipate client needs, presenting Mindful Staffing as a premier partner for their staffing requirements.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new accounts.

Represent Mindful Staffing Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new services and products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare administration or similar is highly advantageous.

At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the healthcare or medical industry.

Strong understanding of the medical staffing landscape and healthcare trends.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse range of clients and partners.

Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable long-term partnerships.

Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
