Brief Overview of Position:
Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking a candidate for a Quality Assurance Manager role to support the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) and its requirements for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information Management (C4IM) technology administrative support services. The position requires onsite support in facilities located at Fort Knox, KY in addition to telework.
Description of Duties:
Support the Program Manager on matters relating to the daily operations of performance work statements requirements for this task order
Ensure the personnel performing on the task order have fulfilled the contract obligations pertaining to quality and quantity
Ensure adherence to items as listed in the quality control plan
Coordinate with Government representatives regarding performance standards, the frequency of surveillance, and the acceptable quality levels (performance thresholds)
Education, Experience, and Security Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years relevant Quality Control experience completing the same of similar in nature of work in the IT-related services, size, and scope to this requirement
Demonstrated knowledge of civilian information systems (CIS) related operations
Familiar with MS Project 2010 or greater
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
