Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Portland, OR

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with local school districts, is currently hiring for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract role in the Portland, OR area. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessment results, and therapy sessions.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.

Ability to meet all state and local requirements for SLPs, including background check and immunization records.
