Job Description

Blazerjobs is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join a reputable school district in Manassas, VA for the 2024-2025 school year. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to students across a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' communication needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.

Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

Current Virginia state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
