We are looking for a service sales relationship builder and closer. An opportunity exists for service agreement sales for commercial HVAC, calling on building and business owners. College degree and sales experience or HVAC sales experience a must. Successful candidates will participate in excellent benefits package, great compensation and comprehensive training.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Professional

Department: Commercial Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm

Pay Scale: $40,000 Base + Commission + Benefits

Position Summary: To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities thereby obtaining commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of B2B sales experience

• Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required

• Computer skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects

• Two to five years of proven sales experience.

• Time and activity management skills.

• Valid driver's license.
