Superintendent

Looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent.

As the assistant superintendent you will assist with on-site field supervision for the project, inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and compliance with project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

You will also coordinate trade and associated installations, train foreman and construction workers and ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures.

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

Four-year degree in construction, engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.

Minimum of four years construction experience with minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity. Experience with healthcare, higher education, and/or laboratory projects with a commercial general contractor preferred.

Experience with self-performing work in excavation, concrete, and finish carpentry preferred.
