JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Distribute systems design, with the ability to design and implement systems that run on multiple servers and have knowledge of distributed systems concepts and best practices.

Develop and evangelize on reference architecture and run principles to help teams adopt Engineering Principles.

Leading and coaching teams to perform software planning and estimation for large-scale complex programs.

MOST IMPORTANT - Passion for technology; maintains a continuous education in current and emerging technologies.

Strong zeal to bring change, identify opportunities with perseverance for realization.

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets

8+ years of software engineering & product delivery experience in the Financial Services Sector is preferred.

Technical expertise in Java 1.8, spring boot, hibernate, microservices, java design patterns, OOAD, Rest API.

Hands-on experience into build & release process, deployment in containers, system design, architectural knowledge, messaging system.

Experience with microservices architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable and resilient systems using microservices patterns and best practices.Knowledge of web services and RESTful API design, with the ability to create easy-to-use and secure web services.

Experience with cloud-based architecture, with the ability to design and implement systems that run on cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and have knowledge of cloud-native architecture.

Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD), with the ability to apply DDD principles to design software that accurately represents the business domain.

Deep technical skills in the following areas: Java, Spring core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, REST web services, CI/CD, Docker, Kafka, Mysql, Nosql, Redis, Junit.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of JIRA.

Excellent written and oral communication skills B.Tech from a reputed colleges/universite
