Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(IST)

Mode - Onsite (Jayanagar-Banglore)

Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 (Fixed)

Days of Working - Monday to Friday

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Text Mercato Solutions Private Limited. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing internal processes, and ensuring efficient delivery of content. This role will require strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement operational strategies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for collaborating with team members and clients.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

Experience in operations management and process improvement

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of content production and delivery processes

Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Experience in the content industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
