Assistant Manager - Forex & Trade Finance

Position Overview:

Agratas will significant forex and interest rate exposure The currency and interest rate risk on the same needs to be manage proactively in accordance with the Board laid down risk management policy. The company will also have significant trade finance operations in terms of opening of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Buyers’ /Suppliers Credit etc. The role calls for managing the entire hedging as well as trade finance operations from end to end.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for:

strategizing and executing hedging transactions in accordance with the Forex Heding policy approved by the Board.

Evaluating hedging proposals and making recommendations to the management

Collection of exposure details from across the company and maintaining meticulous records of the same.

Preparing discussion materials/ /presentations for Treasury Committee meetings,

Ensuring compliance with ISDA and RBI regulations, as applicable

Trade Finance- Opening of LCs/ Bank Guarantees/ Availing Buyers/’Suppliers Credit; and handle the entire trade finance operations

Maintain detailed MIS of hedge transactions and trade finance

Accounting of hedging and trade finance transactions in SAP environment

Qualifications:

CA/MBA

Experience/ Skills required:

Experience of 7-10 years of in forex hedging and trade finance

Should be well versed with working of hedging products from forwards, options, swaps, etc;

Knowledge of accounting of hedging transactions

Should have worked in SAP environment

Good communications and presentation skills

Leadership skills, Taking Ownership
