Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Account Manager at Quick Sms Network Private Limited in Noida. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding key customer accounts, building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of A2P SMS & Cloud Numbers sales and operations experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Results-driven, Excellent sales and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of SMS termination technology and industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
