About CBTW (Banking Technology Solutions)

The Banking Technology Solutions (BTS) of CBTW India was earlier known as OneAston.

With offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, CBTW is established as a Multi-Regional Temenos certified partner; specializing in the delivery of Temenos solutions since 2012. Having participated in over 150+ projects worldwide, CBTW has a proven track record in the implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support of Temenos Infinity, Transact, and WealthSuite platforms.

With 220 experts in the Temenos technology and software stack, the CBTW team has a strong depth of experience and specialized skills ensuring that customers get the most from their investment in Temenos solutions. Leveraging its global workforce and experience in onshore/offshore balanced projects, CBTW undertakes not only configuration and enhancement activities but also major deployments with responsibility for complete upgrades, implementations and then providing post-live support services.

Required Skill Set:

Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.

Fluent English, both written and communication skills.

Minimum of 12 years of experience as Transact business analyst/consultant.

Participate workshops and meetings organized by bank and where Process workflows and deltas are discussed.

Provide consultancy to suggest if any core config/parameter changes or back to core can be attempted to implement a gap. Help segregate gaps needing development vs. gaps needing configuration.

Provide consultancy on L1 gaps identified by client– liaise with product team to address questions/ clarifications. Challenge the gaps to confirm if they are really needed. Also suggest best place to build the gaps (L1 – Temenos Core or L3 – client).

Decision of whether the gap identified and confirmed is included in Temenos Core Product Roadmap.

Review the Business Requirement Documents (“BRDs”) prepared by client for L1 gaps and provide feedback along with Product support.

Provide consultancy in the review of proof-of-concept outcomes provided by client and provide feedback.

Provide consultancy in the review of Functional Specification Document (“FSD”) prepared for L3 gaps by client.
