Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET and Azure technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in presales, planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as expertise in risk management, quality assurance, time management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions using .NET and Azure technologies.

Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.

Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in the correct order.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage personal workload to meet project deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Lead Technical Teams: Lead, manage, and motivate technical teams to achieve project objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably with .NET and Azure technologies.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating technical teams.

Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2) are a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
