The ideal candidate will be a professional who assists with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers, and conducting market research to understand the target audience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage marketing calendar in sync with the monthly, quarterly and annual business plan
Develop & execute Brand management and Customer Interaction strategy and plan monthly roll out to ensure transaction growth in the region
Ensure impeccable execution of the plan through ATL, BTL and digital mediums
Ideate, plan and execute innovative and clutter breaking targeted marketing campaigns to increase the footfalls to the restaurants
Monitor marketing budget and optimize spends for maximum impact along-with vendor Management & billing in coordination with the Finance team.
Plan and strategize focused 360-degree marketing strategy for New Store Openings for all 3 phases: prelaunch-buzz, launch and sustenance
Track competition activity and plan tactical marketing interventions along with central marketing team and regional sales team.
Responsible for the New product launch marketing strategy for the region
Manage Corporate Sales for the region
Explore opportunities for third party channel sales which includes Delivery service & Live counters in events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate preferably MBA in Marketing with at least 4 years of deep domain experience in planning and executing marketing strategies in QSR or related industry. Should have experience in building brands using digital and social media and should have led a team.
