Director of Business Operations

As a Head of International Operations, you will be the driving force behind our company's vision and mission. You will serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador, representing our organization to stakeholders, partners, and the public. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of operations, with a particular emphasis on business development, project delivery, and client relationship management.

Job Responsiblities:

Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in cross-border trade and investment.

Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market position.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Implement effective project management processes and methodologies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagements and negotiations.

Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor financial performance and implement measures to optimize profitability and sustainability.

Serve as the public face of the company, representing its interests in various forums and events.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conveying the company's vision and values.

Enhance the company's brand and reputation through strategic communication initiatives.

Desired profile of the candidate

Proven experience (10 years) in a senior leadership role, within the international trade or investment sector.

Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering results.

Strong understanding of cross-border trade dynamics, global markets, and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred.

Max Exp: 18 Years

Compensation Offered: INR 20,00,000 - INR 24,00,000 Lakh Per Annum
