Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, including HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. The role will involve handling various HR tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the company. The Human Resources Executive will be based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 Years HR Management and HR Operations skills

Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge

Good Recruitment Experience

Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Prior experience in the D2C industry is a plus
