Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager OR insurance realted field to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, motivating a team to achieve targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Requirments- Must Have

Must have 1-4 years of relevant experience not more than that

should have knowledge and experience in insurance, specifically in life insurance and property and casualty.

Must: Have

Certification/License required: property and casualty license

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
