Director Client Strategy

Salary: $90-140K DOE

Start date: June/July

One of our marketing agency clients that specializes in business strategy and branding/identity is looking for a Client Service and Strategy Director to join their team for an exciting full-time role.

Ideal candidates will have:

- BA degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field

- At least 10+ years of experience as an account/client service, account management, or strategy/planning leader in an advertising agency, marketing/comms firm, or in-house marketing team.

- Eager to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive, strategy-driven environment

- Ability to solve complex business and brand problems - in both individual and group debate situations

- Proven experience building and managing outstanding relationships with clients at all levels

- Fully proficient developing actionable insights from research, creating brand strategy, and architecting strategic solutions

- Able to exhibit a high level of personal accountability in day-to-day work and the ongoing career growth of themselves and the greater team.

- Able to execute on client requests/projects, guide project management, meet deadlines, attention to detail, manage competing priorities, etc.

- Someone who brings energy, passion, and optimism to work every day, and prides themselves on being part of a team that does amazing work
