Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated IT Program Manager to lead a range of security and compliance projects. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively coordinate and deliver on project goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from initiation through post-implementation.

Identify scope, budget, risk, and resource impacts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project objectives.

Drive project communications, facilitating effective interaction among project stakeholders.

Handle project issues throughout the lifecycle, ensuring all implications of scope changes are communicated to senior management.

Maintain all necessary project documentation for audit purposes, adhering to ISSM methodology standards.

Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and leadership in training and department initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communication skills across all levels of management.

Strong leadership abilities within team or project environments.

Superior problem-solving, conflict management, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, and related tools is desirable.

Education and Certifications:

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

7 years of IT experience in a leadership role, with at least 4 years managing multiple project teams.

PMP Certification is preferred.

Work Environment: This position is based in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that may require 24x7 action and response. The role demands flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
