End User Computing Analyst II

We are actively seeking an End User Computing Analyst to provide desktop support to corporate users to ensure the steady operation of desktop systems and accompanying software.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to our internal employees to facilitate consistent and reliable operation of desktop systems and relevant software. • Troubleshoot and resolve queries related to Active Directory and Office 365. • Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting support to ensure smooth business operations. • Manage mobile device and iPad issues within the organization, maintaining efficient and prompt service. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the desktop environment and desktop hardware to expedite issue diagnostics and resolution. • Utilize expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Mobile Device, iPad, Desktop Environment, and Desktop Hardware. • Proactively engage with employees to diagnose and resolve technical issues, thereby promoting a culture of responsive service. • Collaboratively work with the IT team to ensure quick, effective resolution of technical concerns. • Accurately document technical issues and their solutions to develop a substantial knowledge base for future issue resolution. • Continually update personal technical knowledge in line with industry trends and advancements to stay ahead of the curve in desktop support and related technology areas.
