Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $35M+ commercial projects.

OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:
