Reports To: VP of Sales, Marketing and Estimating

FLSA: Exempt

Position Summary:

Admiral Heating & Ventilating provides commercial HVAC service with our highly trained technicians. Admiral’s all-encompassing mechanical services include equipment repair and replacement, 24/7/365 emergency service response, preventive maintenance programs customized to ensure the proper life and operation of your industrial HVAC equipment. Admiral tracks time and material, quoted and preventative maintenance jobs using dispatch software which maintains data required to ensure our clients are being properly serviced and billed correctly.

The Service Sales position is responsible for selling these services achieving company financial goals and building and maintain relationships

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve new client sales goals to increase client base and market share in preventive maintenance contracts

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy

Build relationships with potential clients

Work with VP of Operations to obtain leads from current projects

Create consistent marketing material for preventative maintenance services

Utilize social media to market the need for preventative maintenance

Maintain highest ethical standards by exemplifying our core values, vision, and mission in all internal and external interaction.

Attend trade shows, company events

Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:

Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing

Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing

High level of organization and attention to detail

Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts

Excellent time management skills

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities

Ability to spot emerging trends

Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines

Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

The ability to work under pressure

Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives

Apply
