Kopius is actively seeking an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights to drive decision-making

Things to Keep in Mind:

Applicants should be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Hybrid position from Seattle, requiring presence in the office 2-3 times per week.

Short-term project - 5 weeks.

Pay range: $65 – $85/hr. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
