Funds Transfer Pricing Manager (FTP)

The Capability Manager - Funds Transfer Pricing Manager (FTP) will be responsible for managing the transformation around governance, methodology, and support of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).

Drive business engagement to timely update upcoming FTP-related changes, address any deficiencies, and provide transparency to cost and benefit allocation

Overseeing the complete implementation of FTP principles from start to finish.

Strengthening the FTP framework by crafting a robust target operating model, refining policies and procedures, fortifying governance structures, honing methodologies, and overseeing seamless implementation.

Cultivating strong partnerships with key stakeholders to deeply understand transaction processes, proactively identify risks, and devise effective solutions to mitigate them.

Ensuring timely communication of upcoming FTP-related changes to stakeholders, addressing any gaps, and providing clear insights into cost and benefit allocations.

Developing an in-depth understanding of data and technology infrastructures pertinent to funds transfer pricing and risk frameworks, collaborating closely with Treasury and other Finance departments. You'll leverage this understanding to automate processes and implement technology-driven solutions.

Adhering to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls, aligning with our Risk Appetite. You'll promptly identify any risk-related issues requiring escalation to management.

Upholding internal control standards by promptly addressing internal and external audit points, along with any regulatory issues that may arise.

Experience creating a banks FTP methodology- setting up a better system for FTP

Create methodology/theory for principal

Understand risk and FTP

ALM experience experience a big plus
