Location: Austin, Texas

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary, plus 10% annual bonus

We're in search of an adept Restaurant Service Manager to join our team and orchestrate the seamless operation of our front-of-house services. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality, a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, and a proven history of success in managing dynamic, upscale dining venues.

Required:

3+ years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume, upscale casual dining environment.

Proven track record of success in managing front-of-house operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
