Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center/Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

The main responsibility of this role is to interact with customers, provide information about products and services, and resolve any complaints.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries or provide updates on claim investigations.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Obtain and assess all relevant information to determine the validity of complaints and possible causes.

Recommend new services or products to customers.
