Family Medicine Opening - Columbus, IN Indianapolis 45mH1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Join one family medicine physician and three advanced practice providers- Flexible Full Time Schedule: 8:00 a.m.

5:00 p.m.- Shared call amongst group:- Call starts Friday Monday, 5:00 p.m.
