St Augustine Youth services is a well-known and respected organization that has been providing residential therapeutic care to boys for over 30 years. We're looking for a Weekday Youth Therapist with a background in both group and individual therapy to help support our team.
The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working with youth and will be familiar with evidence-based practices for supporting at-risk youth and is committed to improving the lives and mental health of clients.

WHAT WE VALUE:
Practitioner of the healing arts with a Master's degree from an accredited college/university in a major in the field of mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family counseling, or psychology
Two years’ experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families.
A valid Florida driver’s license
A history free of offenses as listed on the Affidavit of Good Moral Character
Must be able to pass an extensive background screening
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Present oneself in a positive, professional manner to the children and other agency personnel
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Be a passionate role model and remain a positive mentor for children
Individuals that enjoy working with a team and thinking outside the box to support children and their families
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Act as the primary therapist for up to 12 youth
Provide individual, group and family therapy as directed by the individualized treatment plan of each child
Utilize the Wraparound Model in collaboration with Case Manager, and the family and identified natural supports
