Job Description: As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the precise bending and forming of metal components. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Bystronic press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Select and install the appropriate tooling and dies based on job requirements.

Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure accurate and consistent bending angles and dimensions.

Monitor the production process, inspect parts for quality, and make real-time adjustments.

Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machines to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to resolve production issues and meet project deadlines.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Document and record job information, including setup details, production counts, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator, with a preference for Bystronic press brake machines.

Knowledge of Bysoft 7 Software is a plus.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong mathematical skills and the ability to accurately measure and inspect parts.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.

Prior knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to workplace safety.
