Integrated Facility Services is a successful mechanical contractor with over 55 years in business. We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for our service department. Essential functions include:
Invoicing commercial work orders
Completing journal entries as needed
Various administrative duties such as creating reports, filing, data entry
Interact with customers, sales personnel, vendors and technicians to address questions
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED diploma and one to three years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience learning a company specific software package
Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
